High-speed fiber laser cutting up to 1" thick steel. Complex contours, tight tolerances, and clean edges — no secondary deburring required on most cuts.
📐Press Brake Forming
CNC press brake bending with live-angle measurement. Complex geometries, tight bend radii, and multi-axis forming for demanding part profiles.
🔥Welding & Assembly
Certified MIG and TIG welding on structural and cosmetic assemblies. AWS D1.1 and D1.3 qualified welders on staff for every shift.
🔩CNC Punching
Automated turret punching for hole patterns, louvers, and embosses. Excellent for medium-volume runs with consistent, repeatable accuracy.
🖨️3D Printing & Prototyping
Rapid prototyping using industrial FDM and SLA printing. Validate your design before committing to tooling — fast turnaround from file to physical part.
